Dry Aged Hot Dogs
This is not your average dog. We repeat, this is not your average hot dog—this one has flavor. Like all our beef, this hot dog is dry aged for a minimum of 14 days, giving it a rich beef flavor and tender bite. Made with fresh garlic and spices, then smoked over cherry wood, this is the hot dog to make you quit all other hot dogs. Did we mention it’s made a little larger than the bun? We want your first and last bite to be as beefy as possible.
Our hot dog comes from the whole animal. That doesn’t mean what you think it means. From our dry aged beef, we mix choice pieces from the steaks to the roasts, always making sure to mix the perfect blend of meat and fat to achieve a flavorful, beefy dog every time. All you need to do is heat this bad boy up. We like to use a skillet with just a touch of oil or grease in the pan. Put it on your favorite bun and top with what whatever suits you.
