Seasoned with a classic breakfast blend of sage, ginger, red pepper, black pepper, and brown sugar, this sausage can be used in place of its pork counterpart in any recipe, or cooked up simply and served with eggs.

From our dry aged beef, we mix choice pieces from the steaks to the roasts, making sure to mix the perfect blend of meat and fat to achieve a flavorful, beefy sausage every time. There’s no filler, just select cuts of beef ground with our custom blend of spices and herbs.

The easiest way to cook loose sausage is to crumble it up into a hot pan and cook on high until golden brown. Use this sausage for a breakfast omelette/hash, or your Thanksgiving stuffing.
