Our ground beef is made with the clean trimmings for all of our dry aged cuts. Our ground beef is packed full of flavor on its own, but we take it one step further and add our pork belly bacon to the mix.

Use Beef vs Bacon in place of ground beef in any of your favorite recipes. This mixture does contain more fat than your traditional 80/20 ground beef, so watch out for flare-ups on the grill.
