We've combined our mild and flavorful pasture-raised lamb with a house blend of curry spices to a create a unique link with a big and approachable flavor. This sausage is heavily spiced, but has low to moderate heat. Eat them plain, or serve over a bed of lentil salad for an amazing dinner that's ready in a flash.

Our sausages are made with carefully selected trim from the entire lamb. We season them with our own custom blend of herbs, spices, and fresh ingredients to give it great texture and flavor. Ingredients: Lamb, water, salt, cumin, coriander, turmeric, ginger, ancho chili, cinnamon, mustard powder, cardamom, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, fennel.
We always suggest starting our sausages on low heat, then crisping them up at the end. The indirect cooking method will prevent the natural casing from exploding and drying out your sausage.
