Porter Road x Spotted Trotter

We teamed up with our friends at Spotted Trotter in Atlanta to create a line of salumi using our pasture-raised pork to bring extra flavor to their already fantastic charcuterie items. The Calabrian Salami features some of our favorite flavors from Italian cooking — briny capers, spicy crushed chili peppers, red wine, and plenty of garlic. To really make the flavors sing, and keep on the Italian theme, serve this salami with an aged pecorino, olives, crusty bread, and a drizzle of your best olive oil.
