Bone-in Skin on Thighs
Chicken Thighs have always been a weeknight staple for us. They’re incredibly versatile, quick to cook and let’s face it, they’re pretty hard to screw up. With these pasture-raised thighs, they’re not just easy — they’re shockingly flavorful. Thanks to the hard work of our poultry farmer, Samuel, every single chicken we source is pasture-raised with the highest regard for animal welfare, and flavor.
Chicken Thighs get a great workout, which means that this cut is extra flavorful. Our chicken is never pre-brined, injected with fillers, or treated with preservatives.
While there are countless ways to make Chicken Thighs, we like searing them in a cast iron pan to get crispy skin before finishing them in the oven. Toss your favorite vegetable in the rendered fat and roast for a simple side dish. Pro-tip: Pat the skin dry before seasoning to achieve the perfect crispy finish. Always cook your chicken to 165°F.
Not just a piece of meat
