Chicken Soup Bones
Make 2-3 quarts of fantastic homemade chicken stock by starting with our pasture-raised Chicken Soup Bones. These bones still have plenty of meat and connective tissue attached, helping you create great stock with a richness you just won’t find in typical store-bought products.
Our Chicken Soup Bone mix contains a combination of back, thigh, and breastbones from our pasture-raised chickens. These bones are rich in connective tissue, helping you create exceptionally rich and healthy stocks.
Brown large chunks of carrot, celery, onion and garlic, then turn down the temp and add your bones. Cover with cool water and simmer on low for hours on end. The lower and slower you cook, the more clear your final product will be.
