All of our Chicken comes from Jolly Barnyard, where farmer Samuel is dedicated to raising poultry that is as healthy as it is flavorful. The chickens live in open air trailers that are moved daily to provide access to fresh grass while also protecting the chicken from predators and the sun. The chickens snack on vegetation and grubs, which translates to meat with more flavor, color, and vital nutrients. You won’t find drumsticks like these at the grocery store.

You can skip the marinade — just season liberally with salt and pepper before roasting in the oven. Throw some vegetables on the pan for a simple sheet pan dinner. These are also great grilled and brushed with the bbq sauce of your choice. Always cook your chicken to 165°F.
