Each box includes 2 premium Dry Aged Steaks (either Strips or Ribeyes), 2 weeknight steaks (either Sirloin Filet or Bavette Steaks), 2 Pork Chops, 1 lb of Dry Aged Ground Beef and 1 lb of Pork Bacon — PLUS an additional assortment that changes each month of our seasonal favorites. And don’t worry, we’ll only send cuts anyone can make in the kitchen. No meat smoker necessary (unless that’s how you roll!).
