Loose Italian Sausage
Guess what? You don’t need to be a cooking expert to wow a crowd. This sausage will make you look like an amazing cook with almost zero effort. We are proud to say this was one of the first sausages we created for our stand at the farmers market: a flavorful, all-in-one Italian meal made with only fresh ingredients; no fillers or flavor additives. Our sausages are made with carefully selected trim from the entire hog. We only put lean meat and back fat into our sausages, making sure to trim out all the undesirable bits (ahem, unlike some other links out there). We season them, then add fresh ingredients like basil, oregano, garlic, and fennel to give it that great texture and flavor.
