While there are countless ways to make Chicken Thighs, we like searing them in a cast iron pan to get crispy skin before finishing them in the oven. Toss your favorite vegetable in the rendered fat and roast for a simple side dish. Pro-tip: Pat the skin dry before seasoning to achieve the perfect crispy finish. Always cook your chicken to 165°F.
