Ground Lamb is a great way to introduce new folks to the lamb game. Some people are apprehensive about lamb because in the US, we don’t consume it as often as beef, pork or chicken — but we’re here to change that. We raise our lamb domestically, on a mixture of non-GMO grain and unlimited grass. This leads to a milder flavor that is less gamy than your typical lamb. Lamb is also packed with omega-3’s, and actually has less saturated fat than any other meat.
Our Ground Lamb is made with carefully selected trim from the entire lamb. We only put trimmed lean meat and back fat into our meat, making sure to trim out all the undesirable bits creating a juicy, delicious meat to fat ratio.
Ground lamb is very versatile. Pre-heat some oil in a pan until it’s nice and hot. Add the meat to hot pan and use a stiff spatula to break down the meat. Let meat cook for 7-10 minutes.
