They are harvested sustainably using low-impact gillnets. Sockeye's robust salmon flavor allows it to hold up well to all manner of spices, herbs, and sauces. Try it quick-seared with crispy skin and a tender center, or in raw dishes like crudo or salmon tartare. Box contains 12 pieces of sockeye, individually vacuum-sealed into 5-7 ounces portions and carefully frozen with skin on and pin bones in to ensure a high-quality product.
