Grass Roots Co-op's pasture-raised split breast is a bone-in, skin-on cut that delivers everything a chicken breast should be, and then some. Raised on open pasture without hormones, antibiotics, or shortcuts, the meat is naturally richer in flavor and nutrition than anything you'll find at a conventional grocery store. Each pack contains two pasture-raised Bone-in Skin on Chicken Breasts. While our chicken breast has a darker color than grocery store chicken thanks to it’s healthy lifestyle, this cut is lean and tender. Our chicken is never pre-brined, injected with fillers, or treated with preservatives.

Swap out your grocery store chicken for this extra nutrient-rich, flavorful alternative in any of your favorite recipes. Always cook your chicken to 165°F. Pro-tip: Pat the skin dry before seasoning to achieve the perfect crispy finish.
