This is a guilty pleasure breakfast sandwich.
We've all been there. It's Saturday morning, maybe a bit cold outside, and you are finding it impossible to get out of bed. Then, like a lightning bolt of motivation, the promise of breakfast sandwich deliciousness enters your brain, and you are finally ready to start the day. You're welcome.
The real hero of any breakfast sandwich is Porter Road bacon or Country Sausage Breakfast Patties. Either way, you really can't go wrong. The salty goodness of the breakfast meat with the buttery biscuit and sharp cheddar is one satisfying bite.

Bacon Preparation
Step 1
You want to bake your bacon. Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Place bacon on a sheet pan, using a wire roasting rack if you have it. Bake for 12-15 minutes until desired crispiness, pouring off excess fat ¾ of the way through cooking.
Egg Preparation
Step 1
Melt butter in small heavy-bottom stainless steel or non-stick skillet.
Step 2
Beat eggs and cream together till very foamy and light, 4-5 minutes (or use an immersion blender, 2-3 minutes).
Step 3
Season with salt and pepper. Cook in well-buttered pan for 8 minutes.
To build the sandwich, cut biscuit in half. Pile egg, cheese, bacon or sausage, then biscuit on top.
Smile, eat.
