We've been using this rub recipe on all sorts of cuts for close to a decade, and it never disappoints.
This recipe makes enough of our BBQ seasoning to last all summer long, which is great because you'll want to put it on everything. Keep in a dark cabinet in an airtight container to preserve the flavor.
BBQ Rub
Ingredients
1 1/4 Cups Smoked Salt
1/3 Cup Black Pepper
1/3 Cup White Pepper
3/4 Cup Sweet Paprika
2 Cups Brown Sugar
3 Tbsp Onion Powder
3 Tbsp Garlic Powder
3 Tbsp Chili Powder
1 Tbsp + 2 tsp Cayenne
5 Dried Bay Leaves, Ground
