As with all of our ground beef, the Chili Grind is made with exclusively pasture-raised beef that has been dry aged for a minimum of 14 days. More flavorful ground beef means more flavorful chili, and that's something worth getting excited about.
Our Chili Grind is a whole-animal grind, which means we can use more of the steer and serve you a more honest value. It’s the quality of our beef paired with the fat ratio and dry aging that makes our ground beef so damn flavorful.
We love using Chili Grind for any stews and soups that cook for more than 30 minutes. The larger size means that the meat can cook for hours without falling apart and turning to mush.
