What's better than ground beef? Dry aged ground beef with pasture-raised bacon! Beef vs Bacon is a 50/50 blend of lean ground beef and ground pork belly bacon. This delicious mix has long been a favorite at our Nashville shop, thanks in part to its versatility. Meatballs? Yes! Bolognese? Definitely. Burgers? Hell yeah!

Our ground beef is made with the clean trimmings for all of our dry-aged cuts. Our ground beef is packed full of flavor on its own, but we take it one step further and add our pork belly bacon to the mix.
Use Beef vs Bacon in place of ground beef in any of your favorite recipes. This mixture does contain more fat than your traditional 80/20 ground beef, so watch out for flare-ups on the grill.
