These delectable strips of dry aged beef are clean trimmings from our Skirt Steak, Flank Steak, and Bavette. We slice against the grain to ensure that every piece is as tender as possible. As with all of our beef, our Fajita Meat comes from animals that are pasture-raised, and dry aged for maximum flavor.
