The kielbasa kills with its simplicity. It has five ingredients: pork, salt, black pepper, tons of garlic, and oregano. Having been Polish grandma approved, it will immediately bring you back to the old country with one bite. Our sausages are not made with any fillers or flavor additives, only fresh ingredients. And since our pigs have the freedom and opportunity to use their muscles in the woods, the meat develops a deep, incredible flavor.
Our sausages are made with carefully selected trim from the entire hog. We only put lean meat and back fat into our sausages, making sure to trim out all the undesirable bits (ahem, unlike some other links out there). We season them, then add fresh ingredients to give it great texture and flavor. Like all our sausages we use a natural casing to finish off that crisp, hearty bite. We always suggest starting our sausages on low heat, then crisping them up at the end. The indirect cooking method will prevent the natural casing from exploding and drying out your sausage.
