Beef Bacon Ends
Everything is better with bacon, and these pre-cut pieces of Beef Bacon make it easier than ever to add our cherry wood smoked bacon to almost any dish. Crisp them up to top your salads and omelets, or use in place of ham hocks in greens and stews to impart the deliciously rich flavor of our smoked pasture-raised beef.
Our beef bacon comes from the lower rib section of the cattle. This section, otherwise known as the short plate, is cured, smoked, and aged to perfection. (Our cure does contain some sodium nitrate. See our FAQs for more information.)
While these small bacon chunks can be used in a variety of dishes, our favorite application is in braised greens. We are southern, after all.
