These cross-cut marrow bones are cut from the beef’s clod, and area with large marrow-filled bones. Our beef are pasture-raised, which means everything from steaks to bones has more flavor than their grocery store counterparts.
Roast in a 450℉ oven to enjoy your Marrow Bones in under 20 minutes, or use your smoker to impart an extra layer of deliciousness. These bones can also be used to make your broth or stock extra rich and hearty.
