Each pack of Pork Cutlets contains 4 individual cutlets cut from the hams on our pasture-raised pigs. We never use any chemical tenderizers, and instead, we use a special machine that punctures the cutlets, breaking the long muscle fibers and creating an incredibly tender cut.
Dredge with flour, then eggs, then dip in bread crumbs before frying in a neutral oil. These cutlets are thin and will be cooked through by the time you achieve a golden brown exterior on both sides. Finish with a squeeze of lemon juice.
