We think that pasture-raised is always the way to go, but that it’s especially important when enjoying offal. This sliced liver is ready for classic liver and onions.
Our beef are never fed any antibiotics, hormones, or animal byproducts which makes for healthy animals and delicious offal.
Dredge these slices in flour and fry in a hefty dose of butter over medium high heat. Serve smothered in caramelized onions and topped with chopped parsley.
