Whole Spiral Cut Ham

Ham comes fully cooked and unglazed. Get our glaze recipe and heating instructions. We advise putting your Whole Ham in the refrigerator 3 days before serving to allow adequate thawing time.

Ham comes from the haunches of the pig. These muscles get a great workout, which means they have a lot of flavor, but can be tough if not prepared properly. That’s why our hams are brined and cooked low and slow, leading to an exceptionally tender finished product.
To glaze your ham, combine 1 cup of Dijon mustard with ½ cup of brown sugar and ½ cup honey. Pack the mixture onto your ham prior to roasting. To heat, place ham in a roasting pan and add 2 cups of water. Roast at 275℉ for 15 minutes per LB, basting every 15-30 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 140℉. Remove from the oven and allow to rest for 20 minutes.
