While our Easter hams do arrive fully cooked, glazing and warming in the oven is a must if you want to enjoy the full experience.
Our three ingredient glaze adds the touch of sweetness so often associated with holiday hams. Pepper with cloves for an extra festive flavor.
Holiday Ham Glaze
1 Cup Dijon Mustard
1/2 Cup Brown Sugar
Mix dijon, sugar and honey.
Pack glaze onto ham. If desired, insert cloves into the ham's exterior at 1" intervals.
Place ham in roasting pan, on rack. Add 1/2 cup of water to the pan.
Roast at 325℉ until the internal temperature reaches 145℉, about an 2 hours for a whole ham and 1.5 hours for a half ham.
Remove from the oven and allow to rest for 10 minutes. Remove cloves before carving.
